Free Screening of "Bag It: Is Your Life Too Plastic?"

The Prince George's Sierra Club, hosted by the Bowie Environmental Advisory Committee, will be screening "Bag It: Is Your Life Too Plastic?" on Thursday, Feb. 23, 7 pm at the Bowie City Hall, Council Chambers.  The 78-minute award-winning film will be followed by a discussion by public officials of recent efforts to crub use of disposable plastic, county- and state-wide.  A representative of the Trash-Free Maryland Alliance will be on hand to answer questions and free reusable shopping bags will be distributed.
