Fatal Hit-And-Run Suspect, Vehicle Sought By Prince George's Police
The public's being asked for help in finding the driver and vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run in District Heights.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — The public has been asked to help in the search for a driver and vehicle that left the scene of a fatal hit-and-run Nov. 14. Marcia Turner, 54, of District Heights died in the crash.
On Nov. 14 at approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Walker Mill Road and Rochelle Avenue in the unincorporated section of District Heights. They found Turner lying in the road. She died at the hospital a short time later, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
Investigators believe the vehicle is a dark colored or black SUV. Officers also believe the vehicle has front end damage to the headlight assembly.
