Firefighter Who Fell From Ladder Truck Released From Hospital
A firefighter fell from a ladder truck as it was leaving the station, but he is reportedly OK now.
DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — A Prince George's County firefighter is OK after falling from a ladder truck in District Heights on Tuesday.
Prince George's County Fire Department spokesman Mark Brady tweeted at 5:42 p.m. that the firefighter fell "as it was departing the Fire/EMS station on a call."
The firefighter was evaluated by medics and taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution, and the department launched a safety review to determine how it happened, Brady said.

A few hours later, Brady said that the firefighter had been released from the hospital.
