Gun Taken To DuVal High School By 15-Year-Old: Prince George's Police
A 15-year-old was found with a gun on school property at DuVal High, according to the Prince George's Police Department.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A DuVal High School student faces charges for having a handgun on school property. The student is 15-years-old. The school is located in the 9800 block of Good Luck Road.
On Feb. 8 at approximately 10:45 a.m., Prince George’s County Public Schools security personnel discovered a 15-year-old student had a handgun at the school, which is located in the 9800 block of Good Luck Road. Security personnel located the weapon during a search of the student. The school resource officer was notified and took over the investigation, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
The student has been charged with handgun on person, dangerous weapon on school property, possession of a firearm by a minor and loaded handgun on person.
