Lanham Shooting Victim Identified By Police
Police have identified the man shot and killed Friday morning in the 7000 block of Palamar Turn in Lanham.
LANHAM, MD — Police have identified the man shot and killed Friday morning in Lanham.
The victim has been identified as Troy Foster, 24, of Valley Terrace in Southeast DC.
Officers responded to a welfare check in the 7000 block of Palamar Turn in Lanham at about 9:30 a.m. They located Foster lying on a footpath with gunshot wounds to the body, police said. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police are looking to identify the suspects and their motive. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered.
