Man Suspected Of Murdering Girlfriend Arrested In Florida: Prince George's Police
The man wanted in connection to the murder of his girlfriend in Prince George's County has been arrested in Florida, police say.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — The suspect sought in connection to the fatal shooting of his girlfriend has been arrested in Florida.
Kevin Lorenzo Jackson, 44, of Suitland has been charged with the murder of 51-year-old Kimberly Page of Capitol Heights. On Dec. 17, 2021, at approximately 10:45 p.m., officers responded to the 5000 block of Leah Court where they found Page in the roadway suffering from gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the police department.
The preliminary investigation revealed the suspect shot the victim during a dispute.
Jackson has been charged with first- and second-degree murder and related charges. He was taken into custody in Orange County, Florida, where he remains pending extradition to Maryland.
