Cell Video Shows School Cop Assaulting Youth: Report

The head of the Baltimore City School Police Force is reportedly on administrative leave after cell phone video showing an apparent assault by a school police officer was released this week.

Lake Clifton High School at the Reach Partnership! was the site of the alleged assault, a recording of which was posted on Facebook and is currently under investigation, according to Fox 45.

The four-second video showed an individual being hit and slapped by an officer on Tuesday. The victim was treated at the hospital for bruised ribs and facial injuries, his lawyer told WJZ. >>> Read more.
