Moped Driver Dies Days After Crashing Into Pickup Truck
A 28-year-old man driving a moped lost control and crashed into a pickup, police say. He died three days after the crash.
HYATTSVILLE, MD — A 28-year-old man has died after police say he lost control of his moped and crashed into a pickup truck.
The incident happened March 14 around 10:20 p.m. in the area of Bladensburg Road at 40th Place in Brentwood. Edwin Castillo-Jiminez of Hyattsville was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries Tuesday, police said.
No one inside the truck was hurt.
