BOWIE, MD — Bowie students have returned to the classroom after the winter break.

But brace yourselves, parents, the next holiday is just around the corner.

Here are the dates you need to know this winter for Prince George’s County public schools.

  • Jan. 18: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day (system-wide holiday)
  • Jan. 22: Grading/planning, no school for students
  • Feb. 12: Professional development day, no school for students
  • Feb. 15: Presidents’ Day (system-wide holiday)
  • March 24: Grading/planning, no school for students
  • Mar. 25-28: Easter holiday, no school
