Passenger Dies From Injuries Suffered in Aquasco Crash: Police
A Hughesville woman died Saturday from injuries suffered days earlier when the car she was a passenger in struck a tree, police say.

AQUASCO, MD — A Prince George's County woman died Saturday from injuries suffered several days earlier when the car she was a passenger in plowed into a tree in the Aquasco area, police say.
Authorities say Dianna Tatum, 54, of Colonial Lane in Hughesville was hurt in the one-vehicle crash that happened about 3:10 p.m. on Nov. 24 at the intersection of Aquasco Road and Croom Road. Prince George's County Police say Tatum was found unresponsive inside the car. She was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, where she died of her injuries on Saturday.
Tatum was a passenger in the car, say police, who have not identified the driver. Authorities say the unnamed driver suffered serious injuries.

The car was traveling southbound on Aquasco Road, when for reasons which remain under investigation, the car left the roadway and struck a tree.
