Fatal Shooting In Apartment Not Random Attack: Update
The homicide was reported Tuesday night in Camp Spring, say Prince George's County Police. Officers will be back in the area tonight.

CAMP SPRINGS, MD — Authorities have released the name of a man found shot to death Tuesday night in the 4300 block of West Village Avenue near Winchester Commercial Parkway.
The victim is Franklin Latour Young Jr., 29, of West Village Avenue in Camp Springs.

Prince George’s County Police do not believe this was a random shooting. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.
The shooting was reported about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police found the victim inside his apartment suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators are working to identify the suspect(s) and motive in this fatal shooting. Wednesday evening, detectives will pass out Crime Solvers flyers seeking information in Young’s death. The canvass is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in the 4300 block of West Village Avenue.
