Pit Bull Tears Apart Tesla In PG County As Driver Films: Watch

A pit bull attacked a parked Tesla, injuring the driver and damaging the car, in a Temple Hills parking lot, according to a TikTok video.

TEMPLE HILLS, MD — A pit bull can be seen tearing apart a Tesla as the car's owner films him from the driver's seat in a TikTok video that's amassed nearly 18 million views.

In the video posted by user toodieangelxx, the pit bull is seen gnawing on the Tesla above one of the back tires. He then comes to the driver's window and tears a piece of insulation off the door frame.

"A pitbull ate my Tesla!" the woman wrote. "I really cannot believe this."

According to a report by Insider, the attack took place in a residential parking lot in Temple Hills.

When contacted by Fox 5, Prince George’s County Animal Control staff said the dog was tased before he was taken to animal control.

The woman filming the video was injured, police told Fox 5. In several follow-up videos posted on TikTok, she shared images of her injuries as well as a screenshot of a conversation with someone who appeared to be the dog's owner. The person offered to pay for her medical expenses and car repairs.

"We raised him from a puppy till 5 years old and I never in my life seen him like that. I told them to put him down because I can't have nobody else getting hurt," the owner wrote.
