Pools and Parks: What's Open, Closed in Bowie, PG County on 4th of July

Bowie, MD — All Bowie city offices and facilities are closed on Monday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday. No trash or recycling will be collected.

County swimming pools and parks have limited hours, see the list below.

The Department of Parks and Recreation facilities will be operate on the following schedule on Monday, July 4:

• Indoor Pool Complexes: OPEN until 4 pm
• Outdoor Pool Complexes: OPEN until 4PM
• Regional Parks:OPEN
• Historic Sites/Rentals: OPEN for rentals only
• Community Centers and Arts Centers: CLOSED
• Senior Activity Centers: CLOSED
• Sports Facilities: CLOSED
