Prince George's Schools Make Friday Decision

With snow blanketing the county, public schools and school offices in Prince George’s County will be closed on Friday, March 6, school officials announced.

Here’s the announcement the school system issued Thursday night:

Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) - Code Yellow – Schools and offices are closed. EMERGENCY PERSONNEL only must report to work.

Código Amarillo – Todas las escuelas permanecen cerradas. Todas las oficinas permanecen cerradas. Solamente el PERSONAL DE EMERGENCIA debe reportarse al trabajo.
