Reward Offered In Shooting Death Of Prince George's Man: Police

Prince George's Police is offering a reward of up to $25K for information that helps solve the shooting death case of a Hyattsville man.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the shooting death of 23-year-old Damonte Bonner of Hyattsville Friday.

On July 15 at approximately 8:35 p.m., officers responded to the 3500 block of 55th Avenue in the unincorporated section of Hyattsville for a shooting. Bonner was found outside suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead a short time later at a hospital. Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify the suspect(s), the police department stated.
