Gianni The Boston Terrier Sitting In Stolen Vehicle Safely Returned To Family: Police

A Boston terrier named Gianni who was sitting in his family's vehicle when it was stolen has been reunited with his humans.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A Boston terrier named Gianni who was sitting inside his family's 2015 Land Rover Evoque when it was stolen March 23 finally was reunited with his humans.

Gianni was hanging out in the vehicle when it was stolen from a gas station in the 6100 block of Annapolis Road at about 1:25 p.m. When the vehicle was recovered, Gianni was not in it, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.

Ironically, Gianni was safely returned to his owners on National Pet Day.
