Suitland Man Sends Child Porn To Undercover Cop, Faces Charges: Metropolitan Police Dept.
A Suitland man faces charges after police say he sent child pornography to an undercover cop with a child exploitation task force.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A Maryland man has been arrested for distributing child pornography to an undercover police officer.
Aaron Davis, 32, of Suitland has been arrested and charged with transportation of child pornography. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the undercover police officer was working for the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. This task force is comprised of detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Washington Field Office.
Davis sent child pornography via the internet Aug. 25 to the undercover officer. On Tuesday, detectives arrested Davis. Officials have not said when he will appear in court or if he will face prison time for the charge.
