PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 47-year-old man has been charged in connection to the murder of 31-year-old Langley Sloan. Neither individual has a fixed address.

On May 24 at approximately 7:50 p.m., officers with the Landover Hills Police Department and the PGPD responded to the 6500 block of Annapolis Road for a report of an unresponsive man outside of a store. Officers found Sloan with stab wounds and he was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to the Prince George's Police Department.

Surveillance video captured a portion of the incident, which included an image of the suspect. On May 25, detectives were in the area looking for additional information and saw 47-year-old Andre Andrew Dougal who matched the suspect in the surveillance video. He was taken into custody, the department disclosed.

A preliminary investigation revealed Dougal stabbed Sloan during an altercation. They are known to each other. Dougal has been charged with first- and second-degree murder and related charges.
