Three Charged with Riverdale Teen's Murder
Suspects from Hyattsville and Riverdale have been charged in the fatal stabbing of a Riverside teenager, according to police.

Three suspects have been arrested, including a 16-year-old charged as an adult, for last week’s stabbing death of a Riverdale teenager.
Prince George’s County Police on Sunday arrested suspects Kevin Ronaldo Pena-Lopez, 16, of the 4800 block of Gallatin Street in Hyattsville; Jovani Rene Cruz, 23, of the 4800 block of Gallatin Street in Hyattsville; and Jeyson Arturo Lazo-Argueta, 18, of the 5800 block of 66th Avenue in Riverdale.

On March 11, Rashad Jamal Clarke, 18, was stabbed to death in the 5100 block of Edmonston Road in Riverdale.
Investigators say Clarke and a group of friends fought with a second group that included the three suspects. During the dispute, Clarke was assaulted and fatally wounded.

The three suspects are each charged with first- and second-degree murder. Pena-Lopez is charged as an adult. Detectives believe there may be additional suspects involved in the attack on Clarke and ask anyone with information to contact investigators.
