BOWIE, MD — As the bliss of spring break approaches, it’s easy to forget important dates coming up in the remainder of the school year.
So, we’ve collected the last need-to-know dates of 2016 to get you to the end of the school year, from the Prince George’s County Public Schools website.

First, when are students out of class? There is no school Friday, March 25, or Monday, March 28, for the Easter holiday.
But the holiday from class continues Tuesday, March 29, the first day of spring break, which runs through Monday, April 4.

So it’s Tuesday, April 5, before students and teachers are back to the classroom grind.
Other important dates:
- Apr 26: Primary election day, no school
- May 30: Memorial Day holiday, no school
- June 17: Two-hour early dismissal for students
- June 20: Last day of school for students
- June 21: Last day of school for students
