White Cargo Van Sought In April 6 Fatal Hit-And-Run: Prince George's Police
Prince George's Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a white cargo van they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Police are searching for a white cargo van they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run that happened April 6 shortly after 8 p.m. in the 7900 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Langley Park.
The preliminary investigation showed an unidentified driver hit the pedestrian in the road. The victim died at a hospital a short time later. The driver did not remain on the scene, according to the Prince George's Police Department.
The vehicle believed to be involved is a white cargo van with possible damage to the right side mirror. Anyone with information about this case should call the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit at 301-731-4422. Refer to case number 23-0020429.
