Whatever God has instructed you to do; wherever God has instructed you to go - just do it! You may be ridiculed and talked about, but know that God is well pleased when we obey Him.
Are you still waiting on a prayer to be answered? Are you thinking that "Maybe it just wasn't meant to be?" We are all human and sometimes we allow doubt to enter into our minds - not always intentional, but it does happen.
Patience and belief go hand-in-hand. I know that the "waiting" can be very challenging, but we have to trust and believe without a doubt that God will do what He said He would do in His time. During your "wait" begin to ask God to show you what He wants you to do until the prayer is answered; you may be surprised at what He says.
Now don't let your mind wonder into the "what if lane"; you know, that lane called "doubt". Stay in the "Because God said so lane"! James 1:6 describes faith and doubt in this way, "But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind." Hmm... let's go a little deeper. The commentary tells us that "doubting means "to be divided in one's mind" or "to debate." The term does not describe a momentary doubt but a divided allegiance, an uncertainty." Let's stay focused on what God will do for us when we give Him 100% faith.
