Woman Hit, Killed By SUV In Prince George's County
A 57-year-old old Hyattsville woman was hit and killed in Chillum. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 57-year-old Hyattsville woman was hit and killed Wednesday night in Chillum. At approximately 9 p.m., patrol officers were called to East-West Highway and Riggs Road for a collision involving Maria Quinteros. She was found lying in the roadway and was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
A preliminary investigation indicates that an SUV was heading eastbound on East-West Highway when it hit Quinteros. The driver of the SUV remained on the scene and was not injured.
