Police said he was taken to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition.As the incident remains under investigation, police are urging the public to contact authorities with any information related to the case. Residents can either contact authorities by calling (410) 887-4636 or anonymously at 1-866-756-2587.The department's Violent Crimes Unit is leading the investigation.
