UMBC women’s soccer kicks off homecoming weekend on Thursday, Oct. 10 when it hosts America East foe Vermont at Retriever Soccer Park. Game time is set for 7 p.m., with local high school teams receiving a discounted ticket price. All the action can be caught live at www.UMBCRetrievers.com.
UMBC (7-4-2, 2-1-0 AE) has recorded its highest win total since 2005 and has its most conference victories since 2008. The Retrievers have totaled 16 goals on the year, the most in a season since 2007, with contributions coming from seven different players.
