$10K Reward Now Offered In Howard County Man's Shooting Death: Police

Howard County Police has increased the reward to $10,000 for information about the January shooting death of a 21-year-old man.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The reward for information about the shooting death of 21-year-old Zavian Hagins has been increased to $10,000.

Hagins was found critically injured on a footpath in the 5200 block of Eliots Oak in Columbia in January. He was pronounced dead Jan. 21. Police believe the shooting wasn't random.
