14 More National Merit Scholars From Howard County Named For 2023 In Second Wave

Fourteen more National Merit Scholars from Howard County for 2023 have been named in a second wave of scholarships.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A second wave of 2023 National Merit Scholars has been announced. The $2,500 scholarship winners were chosen from among more than 15,000 finalists in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program.

The winners from Howard County are:
