Beltsville Man Arrested For HoCo Commercial Burglaries: Police

Delondre Jerome Mason, 29, faces second- and fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property and theft.

JESSUP, MD — A 29-year-old Beltsville man has been arrested and faces charges pertaining to two commercial burglaries. Howard County police officers believe he may responsible for other similar incidents. On March 19, Delondre Jerome Mason gained entry into a shed by cutting a metal chain and stole tools and lawn equipment. He also has been charged in the March 12 commercial burglary of Excel Tree Experts, according to the Howard County Police Department.

Detectives are investigating further whether or not Mason is responsible for other commercial burglaries reported across the county in recent months. He has been charged with second- and fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property and theft.
