The sun shined upon the Howard County Farmers' Market on Thursday, May 9, as the community came out to "Buy Local and Eat Fresh" at the Howard County Library's East Columbia Branch.

the community came out to Buy Local and Eat Fresh.
Outside of the Howard County Library's East Columbia Branch, a cornucopia of plants, flowers, fresh-from-the-farm produce, strawberries, homemade jellies and jams, coffee and gourmet baked goods availed themselves to the market patrons.
The community may "Buy Local and Eat Fresh" every Thursday at the East Columbia Branch through November 21, 2013. Howard County Farmers' Markets are five days a week, each day in a different location within the County.
