City of Baltimore: Charm'tastic Mile Unveils "Travelism to Charm City" Slogan with Visit Message

May 4, 2026 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America unveils its New campaign/slogan "Travelism to Charm City" for its 10th Anniversary. It's National Travel & Tourism Week - May 3-9, 2026

This past April 25th marked the official 10th Anniversary (2016-26) of The "Charm'tastic Mile" being introduced to the City of Baltimore. The Iconic 1.3 mile-corridor stretch located in the heart of Charm City has fused itself into the fabric of the downtown business community for tourists and locals.

The "Travelism to Charm City" campaign concept with the "Visit" message was inspired by the arrow in the FedEx logo, says Derrick E Vaughan of The "Charm'tastic Mile". "It's one of the most brilliant & subtle, but amazing logos ever created. Once you recognize or see the arrow you never forget it", Vaughan continues.

This coming September 15, 2026 will mark the 6th Anniversary (9-15-2020) of The "Charm'tastic Mile" being published as a USPTO www.uspto.gov (R) registered trademark. "The Mile" (4-25-2016) also shares the same day of introduction to the city as the majestic Domino Sugars (4-25-1951) neon sign, 65-years apart.

The "Charm'tastic Mile" seeks to become a leader in the "New Renaissance" of Baltimore that's in the infant stage. 5-years from now in 2031 when you come to B'More it will be different with more of a big-time city feel. The Inner Harbor project will be completed and The "Charm'tastic Mile" will be reaching another milestone, its 15th Anniversary (2016-31)
