Caravan Of Gratitude To Drive Past Howard County General Hospital

The caravan is designated for Howard County government vehicles and pre-selected hospital volunteer cars. Residents are asked to make signs.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — County Executive Calvin Ball will lead a hospital appreciation caravan Tuesday at noon through Howard County General Hospital’s campus. Staff from the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services, police, recreation and parks, office of emergency management, the sheriff’s office and hospital volunteers will join the caravan.

“This National Hospital Week we want our nurses, doctors, technicians, and everyone that makes our hospital run smoothly to know how much we deeply appreciate their work and dedication through this crisis,” said Ball in a statement.

While this caravan is designated for Howard County government vehicles and pre-selected hospital volunteer cars, residents are encouraged to show their support by staying at home, making signs of appreciation and sharing those on social media using #HoCoLoves.
