Colliers names Tana Williams assistant property manager
Colliers in the Baltimore region headquartered in Columbia, Maryland
BALTIMORE—Colliers International in the Baltimore region, a full-service commercial real estate firm, named Tana Williams assistant property manager. In her new position, Williams helps Colliers’ property management team oversee office, medical office, flex and industrial space in Howard and Anne Arundel counties, including projects owned by Greenfield Partners. Her work includes tenant relations and financial management of the properties.

Tana brings years of experience in the field as well as an extensive education, which benefit our growing client base,” said Marie Gerwig, executive vice president, portfolio management, Colliers | Baltimore.
Williams brings more than seven years of experience in commercial real estate, including operations, financial reporting, tenant and vendor relations, and construction and project management. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked for commercial real estate companies in Baltimore and Pennsylvania.

She holds a certificate in property management as well as a master’s degree in management and an MBA from Wilmington University in Delaware. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University.
