Columbia Association: A Statement On The Resignations Of Members Of CA's Board Of Directors

Columbia Association (CA) would like to thank two members of the CA Board of Directors who recently resigned. Renee Dubois and Alan Klein have served our organization and this community, representing the Village of River Hill and the Village of Harper’s Choice respectively.

CA Board members are typically elected by their respective villages. In the circumstance of resignation, the village boards are responsible for appointing a representative to serve out the remainder of the current term. At that point, CA will schedule and advertise a special Board meeting to elect those individuals who are appointed to the CA Board of Directors.

CA will continue to update the community on a timeline for this process.
