Columbia Bank Robbed, $500 Reward for Info: Police

Does this man look familiar? Police said he robbed PNC Bank in Columbia this month.

COLUMBIA, MD – The Howard County Police Department is offering a reward for information about a recent bank robbery in Columbia.

A man walked up to a teller and demanded money in the PNC Bank in the 7200 block of Cradlerock Way at approximately 11:26 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, police said; he left with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to officials.

Police said the suspect was as a dark-complected black man who was 20 to 30 years old, 5'7" tall and of slim build.

At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing sunglasses, a black coat, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and sneakers, police said.

The bank branch is located inside the Giant supermarket at the Owen Brown Shopping Center.
