Columbia Walgreens Robbed At Gunpoint: Police
Police said the suspects in the drugstore robbery wanted prescription medication.

COLUMBIA, MD — A Walgreens in Columbia was the scene of an armed robbery Tuesday afternoon, according to the Howard County Police Department.
At 2:18 p.m., two people went into the store in the 5500 block of Twin Knolls Road and approached the pharmacy. Police allege one acted like he had a gun and ordered an employee to provide him with prescription medication.
The worker complied, and the suspects left without anyone being injured, police said.

The suspects were described as follows:
- One man in his late teens; 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds. He was described ass wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants.
- The second suspect was reportedly in his early 20s, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds with shoulder-length dreadlocks. He was wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants.
