Dec. 3 Tree, Bridge Lightings Usher In The Holidays In Howard County
The Living Farm Heritage Museum's annual tree lighting, the Bollman Bridge lighting and a tree lighting at Baldwin Common will be Dec. 3.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The 9th Annual Lighting of the Museum Christmas Tree will happen Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. at the Howard County Living Farm Heritage Museum.
There will be carolers singing holiday favorites and Santa will arrive via horse drawn wagon to light the tree. The big guy then will listen to children's wish lists. The Howard County Living Farm Heritage Museum is located at 12985 Frederick Road in West Friendship.
Also on Dec. 3 will be the lighting of Bollman Bridge on Foundry Street at 6 p.m. This year there will be carolers, a cheermeister to light the bridge and special guests including Howard County Executive Calvin Ball.

The Savage Community Association's Dec. 3 holiday celebration will include the annual tree lighting at Baldwin Common by Santa, a food drive that supports the local food pantry and live music provided by students and churches.
