Earth Day Continues in Howard County: Make a Difference!
Join the Conservancy for annual day of service on Saturday. Plant native trees, clean up streams and buy your own plants at this free event.

Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 25, at Howard County Conservancy, 10520 Old Frederick Road, Woodstock.
8am- Bird Walk with Mike Kerwin and the Howard County Bird Club. Join the experts listening for - and spotting - as many as 50 different bird species! This is migrating time – it’s a great morning for seasoned bird watchers and first timers to hike our trails, have fun, and learn from each other.
9am-1pm- Service Projects- Join the Conservancy for this annual day of service where participants will be planting trees, removing non-native invasive plants and cleaning up our streams. The Howard County Master Gardeners will be holding a plant sale during this event. 11:30am - 12:30pm there will be a children’s craft in the picnic area.
