ARTS COLLEGE NIGHT

An Evening for students considering majoring in THEATER, DANCE, MUSIC and VISUAL ARTS at the post high school level. There will be panel discussions with Admissions counselors, Professors, Howard County teachers, alumni in college for their art, parents with lots of helpful information, and working artists, actors, dancers, and musicians.

Students in grades 8-11 and their parents are encouraged to attend. The application and admissions process for college arts programs is very DIFFERENT than the general procedure and often require a lot of preparation. It is helpful to know early how to prepare.

Please share information about this event with anyone you think might be interested. It is free and open to the public.

For more info contact Stephanie Gurwitz Zurier through your high school arts teacher, leave a note on the facebook page or directly sgurwitz1@verizon.net.

Arts College Night is sponsored by the Fine Arts Advisory Council of the Howard County Public Schools.
