A "Conversation on Art and Culture in Downtown Columbia, " including a presentation by Gail Lord of Lord Cultural Resources, will be held Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 7:15-9 p.m., in the Spear Center at the General Growth Properties building, 10275 Little Patuxent Prky., Columbia, MD 21044.
