Learn how to cover a cake with fondant and create a stacked or tiered construction often used in wedding cakes and other unique cakes. Using special tools and fondant, learn techniques for eye-catching borders and flowers. By the time you complete this class, you will be able to create a fondant masterpiece. Bring one 6-inch round cake covered with white icing, one 10-inch round cake covered with white icing, as well as several other required supplies. Some supplies are included in tuition. At the time of your registration, you will be given supplies list of what you need to bring.
