The Howard County Environmental Sustainability Board is sponsoring the second annual Green Screen Video Festival for elementary, middle school and high school students who live or go to school in Howard County. Cash awards will be given to students at GreenFest. Videos should be about "Help Save the Chesapeake Bay through Good Stormwater Management." Send an email to HoCoGreenScreen@gmail.com to get guidelines for either PSA's or 3 minute Information Videos, information sources and the entry form. Forms are also on the County website at www.howardcountymd.gov/OES/OES_bd_summit.htm Videos are due by March 18 to the Howard County Office of Environmental Sustainability, LINDSAY DeMARZO, 3430 Court House Dr., Ellicott City, MD 21043.
