Prices range from $10.11 to $40.11, and each participating restaurant will offer a combination of choices within that price range. Restaurants may offer a fixed price menu at $10.11, $20.11, $30.11 or $40.11 and add the choice of beer or wine.
The flexibility in pricing is designed to encourage the participation of restaurants in a wide range of value.
