Fun filled half day focused on introducing the triathlon lifestyle to kids & teens ages 6-14 through educational clinics that offer skill based training, and provide the building blocks to be successful in all phases of the sport. By incorporating all three sports, the triathlon helps an individual develop core muscle groups and dramatically improve endurance and stamina which is beneficial in any sport. This program will also help young people understand the discipline and preparation required for race day. Ages 6 to 14 divided by age group.
