Police allege a Clarksville man was linked to crimes from throwing a Molotov cocktail at River Hill High School to graffiti of swastikas.

A Clarksville man has been charged with 42 offenses in a series of vandalism crimes from swastika graffiti to tire slashing over an eight-month period, according to police.
Taylor Richard Allen, 24, of the 12200 block of Linden Linthicum Lane, faces 37 charges of destruction of
property, two counts of using a destructive device, two counts of malicious burning and one count of committing a hate crime.
Authorities said they identified Allen as the suspect in the crimes, which occurred during overnight hours between April and December and became more frequent in the past two months, after an investigation that incorporated surveillance.
