HoCo Students Advance To Virtual National History Day Competition
More than a dozen Howard County Public School System students have advanced to the virtual National History Day Competition.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Seventeen Howard County Public School System students have advanced to the virtual National History Day Competition to be held June 14-18. These students already have won first or second place in competitions at the school and county level.
Two of the students advancing to national also won special awards and Oakland Mills Middle School Media Specialist Jennifer Hamiliton was honored as Howard County’s History Day Teacher of the Year.
