The Rotary Clubs of Howard County—which includes the Clarksville, Columbia, Columbia Town Center, Columbia Patuxent, Elkridge, Ellicott City and Ellicott City Sunrise chapters—were recognized for their contributions to the Howard Community College Educational Foundation, which funds scholarships and grants for students.

“Members from every county club supported this effort, knowing that the college is building the workforce of the future and contributing to the local economy,” Ken Solow, district governor-elect of Rotary District 7620, said.
