Howard County Public School System Makes Weather Decision For March 15
UPDATED: School officials in Howard County have made an announcement regarding Wednesday's schedule.

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — The Howard County Public School System will have a two-hour delay for the start of classes on Wednesday, March 15, to give roads and travel conditions time to improve as the winter storm moves out of the region. Schools were closed Tuesday while snow and sleet covered the area.
School officials announced the two-hour delay Tuesday evening and said that they would reassess the situation Wednesday morning.
UPDATE: All morning sessions of half-day Pre-K and RECC are canceled Wednesday, March 15.

All morning child care programs, sponsored by the Columbia Association and the Department of Recreation & Parks in Howard County public schools, will be delayed two hours, on Wednesday, March 15.
