K. Russell is CA's New Director of Planning and Community Affairs

Kristin has more than 18 years of planning experience in both the public and private sectors.

Columbia Association (CA) is proud to announce that Kristin Russell, AICP has joined CA's Executive Team as the new Director of Planning and Community Affairs.

Kristin has more than 18 years of planning experience in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she spent one year with the Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning. Prior to her time with Howard County Planning and Zoning, Kristin provided consulting services and held senior-level roles in master planning and redevelopment planning in support of several municipalities in New Jersey.

Kristin earned a bachelor's degree in urban studies from the University of Pittsburgh, a master's degree in city and regional planning from Rutgers University, and is a certified planner credentialed by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
