Knifepoint Robbery Attempted on Snowden: Police

Police said a woman was threatened at a gas station.

Two men tried to rob a woman at knifepoint at a gas station in Columbia over the weekend, according to the Howard County Police Department.

The woman was in the 8200 block of Snowden River Parkway at 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13, when a pair of suspects approached her, police reported.

One suspect threatened her with a knife, according to the report.

Nothing was taken and nobody was injured, the report said.

Both suspects left, according to the report.

Police said one suspect was a white man who was 17 to 22 years old, approximately 5’8ā€ tall, wearing a black hoodie, jeans and a bandana.

Another suspect was a black man approximately 5’8ā€ tall wearing a red hoodie, black pants and a bandana.
