Macy's Employee Assaulted During Attempted Robbery At Mall: Howard County Police
A Macy's employee reported being assaulted during an attempted robbery at the store located at The Mall in Columbia, HCPD said.
COLUMBIA, MD — A Macy's store employee reported being assaulted by several suspects who were stealing merchandise, according to the Howard County Police.
The incident happened May 23 around 1:30 p.m. at the Macy's located at The Mall in Columbia, 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia.
The store employee told police that she confronted a suspect who had stolen merchandise but several suspects assaulted her before they left the store. The merchandise was recovered, the police department stated. No serious injuries were reported.
